SACRA ALMA
CREATE • CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

⎯ CREATIVITY AS
A WAY OF CONNECTING ⎯
A gentle invitation to slow down, create with your hands and reconnect with the joy of making.
Creativity Lives Within All of Us. Creativity is not reserved for artists.
It is a natural part of being human, The ability to explore, express, imagine and create.
In a world that often asks us to move faster and consume more, creative practice offers something different. It invites us to slow down, become present and engage with the process rather than the outcome.
At Sacra Alma, creativity is approached as a mindful practice rather than a skill to master.
